Lisa Bonet Opens Up About Embracing ‘Uncertainty’ Ahead Of Split From Husband
It seems she is going through a period of change.

Lisa Bonet opened up about embracing uncertainty weeks before her split from her husband, Jason Momoa.
54-Year-Old Lisa, who sat down with Marisa of Interview Magazine on Dec 21st, had talked about feeling uncertain when she was asked “what was calling” her at the moment in time. The Cosby Show star also shed light on their careers and lives.
When Marisa Tomei of Interview Magazine had asked “what’s calling” her, Lisa replied: “Definitely learning how to be authentically me.”
“Definitely learning how to be authentically me, learning to be new, and following this invitation from the universe to step into this river of uncertainty. We’ve eliminated all this extra noise, and now it’s time to grow our roots deeper into our values,” Lisa had responded.

However, she and 42-Year-Old Momoa took to Instagram Wednesday to confirm their split in a joint statement. “We have all felt the squeeze and the changes of these transformational times. A revolution is unfolding, and our family is no exception, feeling and growing from the seismic shifts occurring. And so we share our Family news that we are parting ways in marriage.”
In a joint statement with Lisa, Momoa on Wednesday announced their split with claims of a “revolution.”
The statement also pointed out: “We free each other to be who we are learning to become.”
They added: “We share this not because we think it’s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives, we may do so with dignity and honesty. The love between us carries on, evolving in ways it wishes to be known and loved. We free each other to be who we are learning to become. Our devotion is unwavering to this sacred life of our children. Teaching our children what’s possible. Living the Prayer. May Love Prevail J & L.”
The couple began their romantic relationship in 2005 & secretly tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2017.
