It’s the dream of almost every lady on Planet Earth that their BF should one day soon pop up the question ‘Will you marry me’ with a beautiful ring. But it seems one woman isn’t down with it as she recently asked internet users how to say no to BF, having accidentally found an engagement ring in his drawer.

The girlfriend was delving around in her BF’s bedside drawer when she came across a Jewelry box with a sparkling ring inside. It’s assumed the woman’s BF had been planning to get down on one knee amid waiting for the right moment. However, it turned out the woman wasn’t all excited about her BF’s choice of the ring.

Sharing a photo of the ring to Reddit, the woman asked for advice over how to tell her future husband that she disliked the design. ‘Ewwwww. Self-shame Friday, here I come. Found this in the BF’s nightstand. Not a fan. Please roast and then tell me how to say no tactfully; you need to get something different.’ The woman wrote in a post shared by user @vintocelli on r/ChoosingBeggers.
