Woman Shows Off Her £8k Double Engagement Ring, And Netizens Say It’s The ‘Ugliest Thing Ever Seen’

And not wanting to hurt their fiancé’s feelings, they wore the ring they don’t like every single day. 

One man was determined to get the perfect ring and made a double engagement ring for his partner. Specifically, the ring contained two completely different jewels. It might be perfect for you, but the ring was a big NO for the wearer (the bride). Showing off the ring on a Facebook group titled: ‘That’s It, I’m Ring Shaming,’ the bride-to-be explained how her now ex-BF paid £8,000 to have the ring uniquely designed for her. 

‘I was gaslit into thinking this was a beautiful ring. I just had a bad state. It drove me crazy, and I wore it for almost six months of my life. Please shame it and tell me I am not crazy to hate it.’ The woman wrote. As seen in the photos uploaded to the group, the ring had a vast rectangular diamond solitaire sitting on a pave band and a circular set-sapphire on the top. 

The woman added: ‘It was appraised for £8,000, can you believe? I did return it to him when we broke up, although he offered to let me keep it. I never wanted to see that thing again.’ Since uploaded, the post amassed over 500likes, and members were left horrified by the ring’s appearance – dubbing it the ugliest ever.  

‘OMG! It’s so fucking ugly. I’m sorry you had to wear that and pretend to like it.’ A user said while a second joked: ‘I would feel dizzy every time I looked at it.’ A fourth continued: ‘At first, I thought it was two ugly rings, but I guess it’s just one. I have hated a lot of rings on this page, but OMG, this one makes me sad it’s so hideous.’
