Fans Are Obsessed With Ryan Reynolds’ Adorable Reaction To Blake Lively’s Met Gala Gown

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are one of Hollywood’s favorite couples. And just when they aren’t trolling one another on Instagram or sharing photos of their beautiful daughters, they will be seen making an iconic moment on the red carpet & showing off a top-notch sense of style.
The pair were co-chairs for the 2022 MET gala, and everyone on social media couldn’t agree less they were among the best-dressed.
At the event, the duo yet again proved they were a power couple and, as a result, left their fans obsessing.
Notably, as Lively rose to the top of the event stairs, assisted by a team of stylists, the Gossip Girl star left everyone surprised when she revealed her copper and blush gown was hiding a secret. Her skirt was untied to show a massive teal train, which was a nod to the Statue of Liberty’s current color due to oxidation.
The 34-Year-Old’s Versace gown initially featured a long train with rhinestones adding a pop of color to her pastel pink and orange ensemble.
While people were focused on the surprising look, Ryan’s reaction couldn’t be missed.
In a clip shared on Twitter, the “Deadpool” actor, who was waiting for his wife at the top of the stairs, was seen smiling and clapping for Lively as the transition occurred. The 45-Year-Old had arrived dapper in a Ralph Lauren classic tux with a white bowtie. Likewise, Blake’s ode to the Statue of Liberty in a transforming Versace gown was named one of the best looks of the night for the gala’s Glided Glamour theme.

So far, people have applauded Ryan for supporting Lively, and it’s no doubt designers put work into the attire for several months.
Ryan himself posted about the moment on Instagram, using some of his signature humor. He wrote: “Blake changing outfits in a split second on the red carpet was a moment I’ll never forget. I recently changed my moisturizer and feel pretty confident it’s more of a slow burn that people will appreciate in time. Like Freaks and Geeks.”
However, in 2021, Ryan had announced a brief sabbatical that’s expected to last a year and a half. He plans on using the break to spend time with his family.
The news of Ryan’s brief exit emerged after years of highly successful movie hits, including The Adam Project and Red Notice. Well, the world loves to see nothing more than a successful couple living their best professional and personal lives; hence it’s safe to say both Ryan, and Lively radiate positive energy everywhere they go & they are such a forever inspiration!
