In a now-viral video shared by the TikToker, whose real name is Kate Haralson, the Friends star was seen smiling as he equally asked another question: “Do you always play with your hair this much?” to which Kate responded, giggling: “I guess so.”

This incident is captured in a 16-second video (now-deleted) and captioned: “When you match w Mathew Perry as a joke on a dating app and he factimes you and plays 20 questions with you.” As expected, Mathew has since been outed not just for using the dating app but for his flirty yet cringe-worthy exchanges. Kate, a personal assistant who claims she was 19 when Perry contacted her, revealed they matched in May 2020.

Also, now 20, Kate clarified that the FaceTime exchange transpired when Perry is reported to have briefly split with his present fiancée Hurwitz, who he had been dating since 2018. The Los Angeles-based during an interview with PageSix opened up about matching with other celebrities before but wouldn’t ever talk to older guys, though. Kate claimed she had thought talking to Mathew would be hilarious.
In a now-viral clip, the ‘Friends’ star was seen smiling as he also asked: “Do you always play with your hair this much?”
Furthermore, Kate told PageSix that the intention behind the exposure is to show older men in Hollywood are taking advantage of younger women on dating apps. She explained: “A lot of people were saying I’m a bully and mean for posting this, and it made me feel kind of bad, but at the same time I feel like a lot of guys in Hollywood are talking to all these young girls and it’s something that I think a lot of people should be aware of.”
Kate claimed she had thought talking to Mathew would be funny.
Mathew’s story follows Ben Affleck, who went viral after a clip surfaced of him hunting Jay, 29, on Instagram, having turned him down on Raya, thinking his profile was fake. However, Mathew is presently engaged to his fiancée Molly Hurwitz who works as a literary manager.
