Mathew Perry Has Always Been In Love With On-Screen Girlfriend Courteney Cox

No better lover like a once upon a time best friend!


The Friends’ character played lovers – Monica and Chandler, who ended up getting married on the Show.

Well, a source has revealed that in the real world, Mathew Perry, 50, has always had a thing for Co-star Courteney Cox, 55.

‘He has always been in love with her and has never fully been able to get over her,’ the source told US Weekly.

On November 7, Perry and Cox enjoyed lunch together and had written in a caption on Instagram: ‘Could I Be Any Happier? With hashtags #Realfriends.



Coming after a photo with Jennifer Aniston in a Friends’ reunion photo, which broke the internet was shared, Cox had earlier been married to David Arquette from 1999 to 2013. Currently, she is going out with a rock star, Johnny McDaid.

On the other hand, Perry had dated Julia Roberts, Lizzy Caplan, and Yasmine Bleeth.

There are talks for a Friends reunion special that would be bringing all of its six main characters, including David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc, Cox and Perry, Lisa Kudrow and Jennifer Aniston. Additionally, Creators Marta Kauffman and David Crane would also be back.

The series had aired 10 seasons on NBC from 1994 to 2004. It had also been streaming on Netflix since January 2015

A reunion of one of the most beloved series of all time would be quite the boon for an upstart streaming service like HBO Max

Warner Bros and HBO Max have refused to comment on the aforementioned though, but the news of Friends’ reunion comes a month after HBO Max secured a deal for the original series.



The series had, however, aired 10 seasons on NBC from 1994 to 2004. It had also been streaming on Netflix since January 2015.
