“Don’t even be following me if you’ve got a girlfriend.”

Nothing wrong with liking someone’s picture you found on the ‘Discover’ page, is there? But most women just know that your men wouldn’t even be eyeing their pictures if they weren’t interested in them. But okay, give them the benefit of the doubt and say it’s because the background looked nice.

Sylvie, a TikToker, shared that she’s been very annoyed by creepy text messages from men she didn’t know on her Instagram.

She received the messages on Instagram and decided to share her reply on TikTok, where it went viral with more than five million views before it was taken down. Thousands of viewers commented just how much they related to similarly uncomfortable messages.

Knowing the guy had a girlfriend, she saw the man’s audacity to write, “I gotta wife you up.”

Sylvie, who did not enjoy the man’s inappropriate DM to her, immediately told him that the conversation was being sent to his boyfriend, whom Sylvie was acquainted with on the social media platform.

The worse part, however, he shamelessly retorted, “Damn can’t even be nice to girls anymore. Jealous w****.”

Sylvie captioned her video, “Don’t even be following me if you’ve got a girlfriend.”

But when she decided to tell the girlfriend, she revealed in a follow-up clip that the boyfriend had told her that it was her brother.

The girlfriend replied, “Hey girl, thanks so much for checking in! My boyfriend told me yesterday that his brother took his phone and texted that. It wasn’t him. Thanks though!”

Surely enough, all the viewers were able to see the gullibility of this girl, and it reached the point where the video was taken down “for bullying,” but Sylvie had since reuploaded the video.

“Can’t believe she fell for that. She deserves better,” commented one concerned viewer.

Sylvie also shared her own takeaway from her reply, “I think she wanted to believe him because she loved him so much.”

Because just like what this user wrote, the excuse doesn’t add up, “So if it was his brother, why would he get mad when you mention you’re going to tell his brother’s girlfriend?”

We hope dishonest men would pay for their dishonesty AND creepiness they’re never embarrassed about.
