Woman Marries The Man She Sent To Jail At 17 As His Caseworker

Don’t knock it until you try it.

Marisa Marie was a caseworker and sent her husband to jail for a year at the start of their relationship. But at the time, she was 24 and never thought she’d ever date or even marry the 17-year-old then.

She teased her followers, “Want a story time?”

“I met my husband while he was in jail, I was working as his caseworker,” she started her story. “I was 24, he was 17 when we met. I sent him to jail for almost a year. He got out and the rest is history. Five years later, we’re happily married.”

They stayed in touch after he got out and began falling for each other. Marisa, who was then married to her first husband, divorced him and sold her house.

Marisa now works as a salon worker and is expecting their first child together.

She captioned in one of her videos talking about her pregnancy, “My birthday is December 9th and baby will be so close to coming on my bday.”

Despite their happy marriage and the rather long relationship they have now, viewers have slammed her for dating such a young man. One commented, “You must be sick if you’d ever date someone 8 years younger than you.”

“Y’all don’t know what grooming is?” wrote another.

Another wrote, “You were a caseworker so you knew. But let that would have been anyone else they would be incriminated & you would have had a lot to say which is sad.”
