‘People Say I’m Too Young For My Fiancé, 42, But I’m Actually 54-Year-Old’

Nathalie got into tip-top shape as she stopped drinking and practiced intermittent fasting.

Trolls have been hitting at Nathalie Gagnon over her fiancé David Poirier in videos of the couple, suggesting their love is not true due to how young the Quebec, Canada-based looks. Nathalie, known for flaunting her enviable figure in skimpy bikinis on TikTok, gets most of the attention, but the influencer has insisted that the negativity doesn’t impact them.

Nathalie is actually 54 years old, and she’s a grandmother. But strangers often mistake her for being too young for David.

In fact, David is actually 12 years her junior.

And more interestingly, Nathalie got in tip-top shape after she stopped drinking alcohol and started intermittent fasting in 2016, which she says had a dramatic effect on her.

The age gap doesn’t affect us, it’s just like any other relationship,’ she said. ‘I always get told I look so much younger [than him], and most people think I’m in my 30s. ‘ We are a team, and he knows it is just a job,’ she added. ‘He trusts me and we support each other.’ The couple met on a dating app in 2008 when pastry chef David was 27 and Nathalie was 39. Despite the age gap, love sparked.

She continued, “I got a few negative comments, but I can be quite rude when someone shares their opinion on my life,” she said. ‘It’s no one else’s business, and it never will be. “I got rid of all the toxic people who didn’t like it, family related or not, as toxicity brings you down and I want to live a happy life.” Nathalie claimed she always asks herself, ‘Do I deserve happiness or do I care about what others think?’ – and ‘always chooses the first answer’.

The former commercial director explained: ‘The majority of my followers are younger than me, and I’ve become known as the “hot cougar” after revealing to fans that my partner is younger than me. I love making naughty content and still respect myself a lot. I never thought I could go viral or be successful in this kind of business. It brings me more freedom, and confidence and is truly enjoyable.’

Nathalie asserted: ‘Being a hot grandma doesn’t change anything of who I am inside, as I’m a nice kind woman who loves to empower other women.’

The TikToker, who has over 21K followers, insists David is proud of her. However, he had struggled with seeing his fiancée receive romantic attention and didn’t also like people trying to flirt with her. As a result, Nathalie revealed: ‘I gave him access to my cell phone, and I never hide anything from him. We spoke, and I asked him if he trusts me, and he said yes, as he knows how faithful I am. He knows that even though I love naughty messages from my fans, he is the one.’
