Woman Jailed For Six Months For Poking Holes In Her Partner’s Condoms
And that’s called “Stealthing.”
A German woman has been jailed for six months over stealing her partner’s sperm by poking holes in his condoms. The 39-Year-old was described in court as being involved in friends with benefits relationship with a man of 42years. The pair met up regularly for intimate encounters since the beginning of 2021.
It’s suspected the woman eventually developed deeper feelings for her partner, but it wasn’t reciprocated.
Allegedly, the woman desperately wanted to get pregnant and sent her partner a message over WhatsApp she was pregnant and admitted to sabotaging his condoms with permission to collect his genetic material. A court in Western Germany has branded the act “Stealthing” and claims it normally involves the man destroying the birth control barrier.
Following their exchange, the man reportedly filed criminal charges against her, to which the woman admitted to manipulating her partner.
DW.com reported the court was quite uncertain about what to charge the woman with. She was initially facing charges of rape but was reduced to sexual assault. Judge Astrid Salewski presiding over the case, said: “We have written legal history here today,” and added that stealing usually involves men removing or sabotaging their condoms during their intercourse.
