People like to panic when the word ‘tax’ comes out of a political figure’s mouth. But hey, that’s a given as we don’t want to have to pay out more than we already have, right? Not to mention a majority of us live paycheck to paycheck, struggling to pay rent on most weeks.
But currently, some people did not realize that the tax hike will not be applied to everyone. People whose annual earning is not 400k dollars or above will be exempted, which means this new bill is only applied to about 10% of the citizens. And when you earn that much, the tax hike won’t turn anyone broke.
