Meghan Markle’s Dress For Queen’s Funeral Dress Has Special Meaning
Her final goodbye to the Queen with their memories.
The Duchess of Sussex was spotted wearing a cape at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral, and taking a closer look at her outfit reminds us of a memory of the Queen. Meghan Markle was seen sporting a set of pearl earrings adorned with diamonds that the Queen gave her in 2018.
She had a black cape on, one designed by Stella McCartney that was reminiscent of the navy blue version she wore to the Queen’s 92nd birthday.
She completed her ensemble with a black cape minus the veil as the 41-year-old showed her utmost respect at the funeral. The 41-year-old attended the concert held at the Royal Albert Hall in a similar dress in navy blue tone when the family celebrated the Queen’s 92nd birthday.
Fans noted that her fashion today has truly been about the Queen as she doubled down on her favoring caped fashion.
She and the Princess of Wales hadn’t been with their husband who walked at the Queen’s funeral procession. They joined the rest of the royals at Westminster Abbey for the service later and shared a final goodbye to Britain’s longest-ruling monarch.
