Katy Perry Argues With Hostess Over Table, Then Tips Her For Treating Her Like A ‘Normal Person’
Celebs waiting in line shouldn’t be a big deal.
An Australian hostess, Indianna Paull, is disappointed in herself after she denied singer Katy Perry a table at a café in Port Douglas. She didn’t recognize the “California Gurls” singer, as she had donned sunglasses and a hat. Paparazzi caught the incident and has published photos of a disgruntled-looking Perry with her daughter, Daisy.
The 37-Year-Old had requested a table from Paull but was rebuffed when she was told none were available.
Perry was in Australia with her partner, Orlando Bloom, 45, who is currently shooting a movie called Wizards, according to the Daily Mail. While Perry allegedly argued with the hostess over the lack of tables in the café, she eventually tipped Paull for treating her like a normal person.
Sharing the exchange on TikTok, Paull’s caption reads: “When you are first dumb oblivious b*tch to tell Katy Perry she has to wait for a table.”
She added in the comments of the video [now deleted]: “She [Perry] came in to get breakfast with her family and we didn’t have a table available.” In another clip, she wrote: “POV: Katy Perry comes into your café and you don’t recognize her and argue over a table. Then she tips and hugs you for treating her like an everyday person.” So far, people agree that making celebrities wait in line shouldn’t be a big deal.
