Former Love Island Star Terrified And Called 111 After Finding A Maggot In Her Food
This comes after she was given the boot from Dancing on Ice.
After discovering a maggot in her food, Liberty Poole, without hesitation, called 111 for help as she thought she might die from bacterial poisoning. Sharing this ordeal on Instagram Story, the 22-Year-Old told her fans that she was relaxing in the bath when she made the discovery in her takeaway meal.
“So I’m a bit traumatized from last night. So imagine, I ordered a takeaway, and there was a maggot in the takeaway,” Liberty revealed.
She added: “And I don’t think I’m going to get a delivery again. Honestly it was disgusting. I ended up calling 111 because I happened to be in the bath, and I thought that I might die from bacterial poisoning. So that might have been a bit dramatic, but at least it was 111, not 999, imagine. So always call 111, not 999, if you think there might be a problem.”
“And that’s what I did, I called them up saying there was a maggot in my food. Do I throw up or do I get bacterial poisoning?”
The Dancing On Ice star then shared that 111 reassured her that everything would be OKAY but joked that the situation had been stressful. Liberty chuckled: “So tonight, I’m going to live life to the full because I haven’t died from bacterial poisoning.” The TV Star also shared a gruesome photo of the maggot [pictured below] she found in her takeaway meal.
However, this stomach-churning ordeal comes after she was given the boot from Dancing on Ice. Liberty lost out in a skate-off to Kye Whyte.
