Brie Larson Will Returns For ‘Avengers 5’ On One Condition For Her New Contract
She wants equal pay.
Actress Brie Larson is looking forward to being involved in the new generation of ‘Avengers 5’. But if Marvel Studios wants her in, they don’t seem to have much of a choice but to heed to her wants.
The ‘Captain Marvel’ star wants equal pay as her male co-stars if they want her back with Marvel Cinematic Studios.
Acting as Carol Danvers, Brie Larson’s first debut as a superhero did not receive as much enthusiasm. But in subsequent movies, her character began to rub off on fans as writers did a great job in giving just the right amount of roles.
She’s OP – too much would make other characters, too little and people will question where the hell is she.
She’s also among the superheroes who have not shown any romantic interest, giving her an independent and strong woman vibe. Carol Danvers is now a character dear to many and it doesn’t seem like Marvel is about to let go. Although. Marvel Studios have yet commented on what they will do on this request.
In comparison, Robert Downey Jr. made a measly $500,000 in his first movie. On the latest ‘Endgame’, key actors RDJ, Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth and Ruffalo made more than $15 million for starring in that movie alone. Scarlet Johansson made $15 million as well and doubles that with her debut solo movie.
Brie Larson made $5 million for her debut movie and that is significantly higher than others in their solos. For example, Hemsworth made $150,000 on ‘Thor’. While her salary for ‘Endgame’ remains obscure, we predict that she may be earning more than that, but no more than 2nd tier characters like Rudd.
