Jillian got dumped by her husband the day after their wedding. According to Jillian, her husband’s mom told him to leave her, complaining about divided attention.

Specifically, the mom held an intervention and said it was unfair how much attention he was giving Jillian and that he should be giving it to her instead. Unfortunately, Jillian was forced out of their apartment, her husband’s sister moved in, but they slept in the same bed. And just when Jillian thought it could get any stranger, it eventually did.

Depressed about the neglect, Jillian tried to speak about a divorce, only to be told it wouldn’t be possible for three years. Her husband revealed he was leaving for South Africa to join the circus. ‘He said he wanted a divorce but that he was going to be moving to the circus in South Africa for three years so that you had to be stuck married to him for the next three years of your life.’ Jillian explained.

In the meantime, divorce is challenging because of her ex’s apparent decision to relocate to South Africa.
