Losing something, most especially best friends can be quite a rough journey. While something lost can equally be a pet, it pretty hurt the same way. If you’ve ever experienced a sort of heartbreak, you sure would have thought of bringing back that which you lost, anyways, not everyone is that lucky.

But here’s an exceptional being! Nicole Grimes, living in Pennsylvania has shared her story of losing her adorable animal best friend and eventually got her back. Her touching story has made some individuals believe that happy ending most times don’t matter in a movie.

Nicole via her story explained that she was just a little girl when she desired for a puppy. And at age 10, her grandmother shocked her with a Pomeranian poodle crossbreed. Revealing she fell in love with the puppy almost immediately, Nicole named her Chloe.

And for her age, Nicole felt there’s virtually no force in life that could separate her from her new best friend, not until the unexpected happened one day. ‘My father got a job where we couldn’t be owners of any pets so I had to give Chloe up. It was really hard.’ Nicole stated in her post.

Right after spending four years as one, Chloe was given to the Washington Humane Society and the rest became history – a memorable event did occur 7 years later.

Nicole had started a family of her own and all grown when she noticed a post of an elderly dog needing a new home. With a spike in her heart that the elderly dog could be Chloe, she decided to adopt the dog without thinking. Still not believing in her thought at first!

But after spending some quality time with Chloe, Nicole said she started believing in her initial feeling. It turned out that Chloe is the same dog from her childhood. Friends got reunited!
