Keanu Reeves Is In Talks With A Major Franchise, But It’s Not Marvel

Previously, rumors about Keanu Reeves having talked for joining Marvel has excited many fans. We can’t wait to see him act as one of the heroes of the Avengers, but unfortunately, this may remain a rumor for quite a while longer.

Reeves is currently in talks for joining the next sequel of ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise with writer Chris Morgan. Previously, the writer has already planned to have him in ‘Hobbs and Shaw’, but due to schedule conflict, Reeves would be unable to star in the movie. If he did, he would be the leader of Eteon.

Speaking about involving the actor, Morgan said, “I sat down with [Keanu Reeves] and we’re talking about. I wanted him to be in the Fast universe for a very long time. We’re just trying to find… the hardest thing is always time and competing schedules and then designing the right thing together. My fervent desire is to bring him into this franchise for sure.”

Meanwhile, Reeves has already confirmed that another Matrix is returning with him and Carrie-Anne Moss back as Neo and Trinity. But they were both killed off in the trilogy, so it’s definitely going to be a challenge for the writer to come up with something.
