Katie Price is presently at risk of losing her £2milion mucky mansion due to being declared bankrupt.

Expected to anytime soon sign it over to a trustee, some registry documents revealed the ex-glamour model has to hand over her home.

Katie, 41, purchased the mucky house in West Sussex in 2014 but reported to be in a £100,000 arrears on mortgage repayments with whooping debts of £800,000.

With a once worth of £45million, it’s also revealed Katie had spent her fortune on beauty treatments and on expensive vacations abroad. Hence, she was declared bankrupt in November and the court ruling announced a trustee could sell her off her assets, including a nine-bedroom home.

Presently living with her on/off beau Kris Boyson, 30, in Kent, Katie has been staying over with friends and family for some nights.

‘Katie faces being made homeless if the property is sold now that the bankruptcy charge has been applied.’ a source told Mirror’s Sunday People.

Appearing on Flex FM, breaking the silence on her recent financial woes, Katie said: ‘They call it a mucky mansion, I agree from an aerial point of view. It’s a serious thing, that happened. You know what happened. It’s a police matter.’
