Gemma Collins Burst Into Tears Upon Arriving At The Place Jesus Was Born
“I am totally blown away.”
Actress Gemma Collins expressed her overwhelming feelings upon being in the same space as where Jesus was born with streaming tears. The “The Only Way Is Essex” has been spending the past few days sharing about her journey to the Holy Land and most recently, the highlight of her trip was visiting Bethlehem.
Gemma shared that her New Year’s resolution for 2023 was to embark on more “spiritual journeys.”
The excited British personality shared on her page, “I can’t believe I’ve been so unbelievably lucky to have been where baby Jesus was born and touch the spot.”
“I am totally blown away and looking forward to my spiritual journeys in 2023. The feeling of this was like nothing I’ve ever felt before I can’t even describe what I felt in that moment I was totally blown away.”
You can really trust Gemma when she says she’s doing something with all seriousness. And you could’ve guessed we knew she cried not from the picture – she made a whole video about it.
Overwhelmed by the atmosphere, she shared, “I am in the church in Bethlehem. I’ve got tears rolling down my face. This is the most breathtaking, unreal experience in my life. The feeling here you cannot describe and it is just overwhelming. I hope everyone gets to experience this once in their life.”
“The feeling in here… the hairs stand on their end,” she continued. “I’m breathless. It is just so beautiful.”
It prompted some followers to share their personal experiences when visiting Bethlehem. One wrote, “So I was lucky enough to visit Bethlehem and touch the birthplace of Jesus, also the top of the cross also. It was the most spiritual feeling I’ve ever had and I’ve never forgotten that trip of a lifetime.”
Several others have decided to use the moment to share “Free Palestine” reminders and awareness with others.
