‘Frozen 2’ Sets New Records For Animated Films Earning

Disney hasn’t lost its touch with original series – ‘Frozen 2’ has reportedly smashed the box office with record-breaking $350.2 million gross profit worldwide. In the US alone, they have earned $127 million and hauled another $52 million from China’s audiences.

The series itself has chosen to focus more on Elsa’s adventure with her sister and exploring all the possibilities with her powers. It gets better when you consider that the audiences who were kids 6 years ago and most teens and adults, opening the doors to even more possibilities in storytelling.

Disney has had a total of $3 billion in profit for the past 3 years. ‘Avengers: Endgame’, ‘Toy Story 4’ and ‘The Lion King’ have been great earners for this year. But Disney is not done with their record-breaking streak – ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker’ is premiering this December and will act as a closure movie for the franchise.
