Fans Demand To Replace Amber Heard With Blake Lively In ‘Aquaman 2’
Fans are naming a different actress for the role.
Amber Heard was confirmed to appear in ‘Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom’ despite her screentime being axed big time since the trial began. But viewers are pushing to ask Warner Bros. to not only drop the woman but replace her with a different actress: Blake Lively.
The petition to remove her from the series has reached over 4.3 million signatures so far.
Several names have already been brought up since rumors of Heard being the abuser against ex-husband Johnny Depp spread. Initially, users were suggesting Emilia Clarke be the new Mera, with fanarts of the actress going around the internet.

Another realistic art showed what the co-star of Jason Momoa in ‘Game of Thrones’ would look like in the same green armor.
The heightened outrage from the public was also motivated by the fact that Depp was taken off from his role as the one and only Captain Jack Sparrow from the ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ series as well as the ‘Fantastic Beast’ franchise as the villain Grindelwald.
The argument was that Heard should experience the same setback considering Depp lost his role even before any court ever ruled him as the abuser in the relationship.
People were simply excited at the idea of seeing a new face replace the role.

Blake Lively is not new to the premise of a superhero role – she used to act across her husband in ‘Green Lantern’ as Carol Ferris.
Several rumors had also gone around about the potential she had to be cast as Emma Frost, Invisible Woman, and Lady Deadpool. Though, with that’s been said, ‘Aquaman 2’ had finished its filming phase and was originally scheduled for this year before it was pushed even further to 2023. It would be costly for the studio to recast and redo the scenes.
