Baker Shared Amazing Cupcake Hack And People Are Loving It

A baker has revealed 3-easy hacks that would make one’s cupcakes taste better than a bakery. Karly Stoddard amid quarantine has been trying out new recipes. Fortunately, she learned a mix hack that makes cupcakes from a pre-mixed box taste much better.

The self-taught baker, running a small local cupcake business in Oregon uploaded the brilliant hacks on TikTok and has since been viewed over 8million times.

Basically, Karly’s hack in making the $1 box of cake mix taste dreamlike is using milk instead of water, 5 eggs instead of the normal three, and double margarine instead of pure oil.

‘All of these three ingredients assisted me in making a rich, moist, and dense cupcakes. The most interesting part is the fat source – milk and butter. The eggs used assisted in preventing crumbling. More butter is very much better.’ Karly said.

The First Attempt!

The baker used a strawberry cake mix for the experiment, practiced self-control, and didn’t add much batter into the cupcake pans, and fortunately they did came out good.

The Second Attempt!

‘I was quite skeptical that the second attempt would be better and I have to say that cupcakes were fluffy, dense, and super yummy. They tasted so expensive. A friend who picked it while social distancing tried them and admitted they were elevated cupcakes.’ Karly added.

However, there’s nothing wrong with using a $1 box mix if you don’t mind baking with much butter and if you definitely want something unique. The baking hack sure appears worthy for a trial, so what are you waiting for.
