Jada Pinkett’s Ex-Fling August Alsina Appears To Come Out As Gay

Jada Pinkett Smith’s former fling August Alsina appears to have come out of the closet with a new clip for VH1’s “The Surreal Life” reboot. The 30-year-old singer sat next to a man while talking to the camera before they shared a tight hug and whispered “I love you.”
The ‘Kissin’ on My Tattoos’ singer was involved in an infamous “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett Smith in a confession two years ago.
The 51-year-old actress addressed her infidelity at the Red Table Talk show and explained that she was only reaching out to help his mental state. At the same time, things were “very difficult” with Will Smith, her husband. She continued, “I was in a lot of pain, and I was very broken. In the process of that relationship, I definitely realized that you can’t find happiness outside yourself.”
Alsina spoke in the video, “And then what do you know? Love showed up, but in a new way.”
“I want to share that and really honor the person that I love and that loves me back and teaching my so much about love and healing. I want to do that in front of the world because it defies all the constructs that one would say love is supposed to be or love should look like.”
Alsina hasn’t shared details about their relationship nor his sexuality, but the video ended with a happy selfie of the man himself, “shedding his old skin, in order to begin again.”
During their entanglement, Jada and Will went their separate ways temporarily with Will recalling, “I was done with you.”
The plot thickened as Alsina claimed that Will gave his “permission” for the affair. He’s also put their scandal into his song in “Shake the World” and earlier this year, it was rumored that publishers were “lining up” to get him to sign with them.
A source told The Sun, “August is getting ready to sign a big money book deal which will detail his romantic liaisons with Jada. He has always maintained that Will gave him permission to sleep with Jada, something they have publicly denied.”
Hopefully, he’s truly shed himself from his entanglement with the Smith family.
