The explosive trial continues to show evidence upon evidence against Amber Heard from Depp’s side. The latest is an audio recording of the former couple speaking right after a fight. The 35-year-old admitted to “hitting” Depp, her voice as clear as day.

“I didn’t punch you. I’m sorry I didn’t hit you across the face in a proper slap,” Heard’s voice was heard in the audio evidence presented in the court.

“I was hitting you; you’re not punched.”

Depp’s low voice replied to her, “Don’t tell what it feels like to be punched.”

“You’ve been in a lot of fights; you’ve been around a long time. You didn’t get punched. You got hit. I’m sorry I hit you like this; I did not punch you. I did not fu**ing deck you.”

“I fu**ing was hitting you. I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was. But you’re fine. I did not hurt you; I did not punch you; I was hitting you. I’m not sitting here bit**ing about it, am I? That’s the difference between me and you.”

“You’re a fu**ng baby. You are such a baby! Grow the f**k up, Johnny,” her voice raised.

He cut her off and stated that reconfirmed with her if she’d started a physical fight.

“I did start a physical fight,” admitted Heard. “Yeah, you did, so I had to get the f**k out of there.”

She sarcastically told him, “Yes, so you did the right thing, the big thing. You know what? you’re admirable.”

Depp was filing against Amber for defamation and sought $50 million in damages after her Washington Post op-ed, while Heard countered $100 million in damages for being called a liar and starting a “smear campaign” on her.
