She’s only seven years older than his eldest.
Krystle Kayture and her boss, a divorced dad, didn’t start off all smooth. She was aged 23 when she was hired by Ben, 43, as the family nanny in Long Island, New York, in November 2014. The businessman reportedly claimed Krystle was the worst nanny he’d ever hired but was greatly loved by his children, and their relationship grew.
She’s quite a hit with Ben’s three children – Frankie, 22, Juliana, 19, and Sal, 17, who had full custody of the children after his divorce.
Soon enough, Ben fell for Krystle, and the pair eventually got married in November 2017. Currently, she’s gone from nanny to stepmother, and she’s only seven years older than Ben’s eldest stepchild. Interestingly, the couple has since become a TikTok sensation with their love story, which sounds it’s straight from a romantic comedy.

“Krystle has been mistaken for my daughter many, many times. When we vacation together as a family or pose for a family portrait, people mistake Krystle for being one of my three daughters,” Ben explained.
He added: “It doesn’t bother me. I’m used to it now. A lot of people on TikTok assume I hired Krystle because she was pretty, and I wanted to hook up with her or whatever, but that’s not true at all. When we met, she was 23, I was 43, and we were in totally different places. Our love wasn’t planned. Other people online call Krystle a gold digger and a homewrecker. But I didn’t have much money when I met her.

With a ten-year-old son Kashton from a previous relationship, Krystle also shared that people on TikTok are always saying that Ben and she won’t last. They tell her that he’ll start a relationship with the next nanny that comes along and that he can’t turn a h*e into a housewife. But so far, Ben and Krystle have been together a long time.
She has insisted: “I love Ben’s kids like they were my own nose and they can always confide in me if they need. His daughter, Juliana, and I are soulmates. There is only ten years between us so people often think we are sisters.”
