Misinformation can land anyone is an absolute mess! This is precisely what happened to Gemma Hill, a radio presenter at Heart West Midlands. Taking to TikTok, Gemma in a clip captioned: “How do I go back? Explained how her Trainer instructed her to take before photos in her underwear to track her fitness progress. 

Gemma Hill had wished for the ground to open for a swallow but then has come to terms with her photo fail.

Doing as asked, Gemma posed for the photos in front of her bathroom mirror in undergarments and sent it across to her trainer. Well, the aftermath isn’t nice as Gemma was left humiliated with his response. The new PT explained he didn’t need to be sent the photos and that his GF has equally been left angered.

So far, the clip has amassed over 130K views, and indeed TikTokers couldn’t help but comment on the subject matter. Many resonated with the embarrassment but urged Gemma to stick with the trainer.
