Woman Calls Out Men Who ‘Ogle’ Her In Shorts As She Wears Them For First Time
“Okay so now I remember why I don’t like wearing shorts.”
Fitness influencer from the UK, Hayley Madigan, was excited about the upcoming warmer days. She shared excitedly that she finally could wear her shorts and shared it on her Instagram.
She captioned the story, “First day of the year wearing shorts #weartheshorts.”
She was in her bright orange cycling shorts but it just all went down the drain after because she felt uncomfortable.
“Okay so now I remember why I don’t like wearing shorts. Apparently, it gives men the go-ahead to beep, ogle, and wolf whistle way more than usual,” she recalled what happened with her.
Hayley is a body-positive advocate who often shares raw snaps to show the reality of one’s body. She’s not shy about showing more skin in her snaps.
However, the experience clearly reminded her that in a situation you cannot control, her appearance easily got unwanted attention from men who catcalled her.
A similar disgusting experience was also shared by this gymgoer who noticed when a man was creeping her out.
Hayley, however, has continued to encourage people to keep loving their bodies as is.
