After two tbsp of vinegars in the morning, she shares her “torture” workout regime.

Many have always asked how the 43-year-old ex-Spice Girl member maintains her figure. Victoria Beckham has recently been diving into sharing her daily workouts and diets.

In her own brand workout gear collabing with Reebook, Victoria did an impressive regime with weighs.

Victoria was following fitness coach Mr. Bobby Rich’s instructions in his first class.

Her amazing efforts received a round of applause from her fans, including her husband of 23 years, David Beckham. He commented, “Give this girl a Gold medal @mrbobbyrich @victoriabeckham.”

But previously, the mom-of-four receives several criticisms after encouraging people to ingest two tbsp of apple cider vinegar on an empty stomach.

She shared it on her Instagram story with a bottle of unfiltered cider, “Be brave! Two tbsp first thing on an empty tummy! x”

Yet, many warned against adopting the same habits as ingesting vinegar in that way can cause tooth erosion and nausea. Healthline reports that there’s a lack of quality research in this area and the benefits of the drinks are unknown.

She told The Guardian’s Weekend magazine that she spends 45 minutes on the treadmill every morning at 5.30 am in the morning.

She also has a personal trainer that helps with her workout after her morning run and shared, “30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core.”
