Tristan Thompson’s Personal Trainer Gives Birth To His Baby While He Was Dating Khloe
The baby was due on December 3.
A 31-year-old personal trainer is suing NBA Star Tristan Thompson for child support. It’s been confirmed that the Sacramento Kings star has fathered a third child with Maralee Nichols, conceived on the night the man turned 30.
Maralee Nichols, 31, gave birth to Thompson’s third child and is suing for child support.
A leaked text message has also shown that she was offered $75,000 from the man to abort the child. But the Houston native kept the baby and is looking to have Thompson be involved financially for child support and other medical expenses.
However, in the alleged text message sent to her, Thompson explicitly told her he wouldn’t be involved in the baby’s life, and he’s retiring next season.
The text message had been submitted as evidence in the court document.
“You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Won’t be involved at all,” the text reads. “You’re better off taking this 75k I’m offering ’cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed,” he continued after revealing his retirement plan.
On his 30th birthday event, Thompson said Nichols had driven him to the event and back to his hotel where she had ‘a special birthday surprise’ prepared.
He claimed that was the only night they were ever intimate, but Nichols’ lawyer objected to the claim. According to Nichols’ side of the story, the affair had started five months before the birthday event. During the time Thompson was still together with Khloe Kardashian, Nichols would make multiple trips to California to meet the man.
The man stated, “When we got to my hotel room, we immediately had sexual intercourse. Petitioner [Nichols] initiated our sexual contact and never objected to our having sexual intercourse. She was very awake and conscious and did not exhibit any signs that she was other than a willing participant in our sexual activities.”
The previously competitive bodybuilder was spotted with a huge baby bump in LA.
As the two got together in Texas, Thompson had requested the case to be moved to Texas. Nichols has relocated to LA from Houston.
Nichols was previously friends with Thompson before their “five months” affair. Her due date was December 3, and she filed her paternity suit on June 30, not long after moving out from Texas.
Thompson’s claim reads they only did it twice: once on the night of the ‘surprise’ and the next morning.
Thompson had celebrated his birthday with Khloe, his on-and-off partner with whom he shares a three-year-old daughter, True.
It seemed that he had reconciled with the Kardashian family and Khloe after his history of infidelity before this.
“Happy Birthday to my future lawyer, Kim Kardashian,” he wrote to wish Kim a happy birthday. “Soo proud of everything you’ve accomplished, and it’s only the beginning. You got this Keeks! Enjoy your day!”
Thompson complained how Nichols’ legal team was ‘lying in wait’ around his home in Encino to hand the court documents in front of his kids.
