James Mangold and Searchlight Pictures struck a deal to bring in actor Timothée Chalamet in his new movie. The director of ‘Logan’ and ‘Ford v Ferrari’ will be helming a project of one of Bob Dylan’s most eventful time of his life. It was when he traded his acoustic guitar which he sang folk music with an amp and an electric guitar, people were shaken.
Currently, they are on the negotiation stage with Timothée Chalamet who’s going to debut on a London stage, ‘4000 Miles’ with Eileen Atkins on April 16. The play will close on May 23 and he most probably will begin filming for the new untitled project after that.
Produced by Bob Dylan’s longtime manager, Jeff Rosen, it will also be executive produced by Bob Dylan himself along with Brian Kavanaugh-Jones and Andrew Rona.
