Yes, he’s taking the internet by storm with his cuteness. The first thing you might notice about him is his beautiful eyes and his pocket-sized body. Usually, Cavalier dogs weigh around 12-21bs, but our little cute Nessa weighs 7lbs.

Nevertheless, Nessa’s genetic mutation is not because of his weight – he was just a runt of the litter. His siblings are quite lucky and appear very much like any regular-sized dogs. Being tiny is, however, not the end of Nessa, he’s happy, healthy and already two-years-old.
