The Mountain actor Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson and his wife have become one of the people’s favorite couples to check in from time to time. They’re lovely people who enjoy sharing stories about their married life and daily activities on TikTok.
Needless to say, their size difference has become of the biggest charm to the people.
But the shocking difference doesn’t really sink in until the “World’s Strongest Man” winner compares them side-by-side.
Hafþór is over 206cm (6ft9in) tall and loves working out. So he’s a very buffed, tall man, who really lives up to his title as the ‘Game of Thrones’ character, The Mountain. Meanwhile, his 34-year-old wife Kelsey Henson is around 157cm tall. She’s a Canadian fitness model and the pair got married in 2018.
There’s almost half a meter of height difference between them.
And just look at the difference. Insane!
Hafþór shares the comparison of their items together on his TikTok page which has over 1.2 million followers now. Her XS pants can easily fit in one of the thighs of his 4XL pants.

For example, the shoes he wears are US 16 or EU 50.5. Kelsey’s are US 4, or EU 36.
The wristwatch that she wears is also much smaller than his.
He was even able to shove her shoes into his as a joke to show just how big he is – and how small she is!
