Sony Unveils The Design For Its New Two Modeled PlayStation 5
PS5 is scheduled for the end of 2020 but no price has been announced yet!
Sony’s PlayStation division has shown off the new design for its upcoming PlayStation 5, alongside new games featuring Resident Evil Village, Spider-Man, Gran Turismo 7, Hitman III, NBA 2K21 and many others.
In a new clip presented titled ‘The Future of Gaming’, Sony showcased a fresh white design and announced that the PlayStation 5 will be available in two models.
Sony unveiled the new design for the PlayStation 5. It will be available for gamers in two different versions – one with a disc drive and one without a disc drive titled ‘PlayStation 5 Digital Edition’
The aforesaid games were shown alongside the new design for the P5, which is tall/thin and colored white on both its front and back. Having a blue light and black accent colors on its sides, one model is explained will include a standard disc drive while the second titled ‘PlayStation 5 Digital Edition will be absent of a disc drive.
The company didn’t reveal a price or perhaps a launch date for the PS5 but did reiterate that there will be a disc-less all-digital version. ‘Today has longed been waited for. We’ll be showing you just the games that express our belief that PlayStation 5 will mark the biggest generational transition in the gaming industry.’ Sony Interactive Entertainment President and CEO, Jim Ryan said during the presentation.
Accordingly, the company announced it will be inviting the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man to assist in launching its PlayStation 5 game console by the 4th Quarter of 2020. The Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morale will be launched alongside the new PS5 and will majorly focus on Morales in the hit 2019 movie titled: ‘Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse.
However, Sony plan on remaking its popular PlayStation 3 game Demon’s Souls while also enhancing the version of 2013’s Grand Theft Auto V, scheduled for release sometime in 2021.
Good News: a selection of accessories, including a wireless charging station for its DualSense controller, a PlayStation branded over the ear headphones, 3D Audio Support and a media remote control for those who want to use it to stream video will be readily available for gamers.
