Singer And YouTube Star Lil Bo Weep Dies At Age 22
The cause of her death isn’t given.
Singer Lil Bo Weep, whose real name is Winona Lisa Green, has been battling depression, trauma, PTSFD, and drug addiction. On Instagram last week [her final post on social media platform], the YouTuber Star opened up about her struggles and revealed she had been crying all days over the loss of her child.

In the post’s caption, the artist said she grew up with a severe eating disorder and had been taking medication to help her avoid any psychosis from my CPTSD.
“Around this time last year I lost my child and I would like to do something in remembrance of her preferably with some flowers or on the beach and spend the day just mourning. I would really appreciate if anyone in Adelaide would be kind enough to do that for me and with me, so please reach out. Thank You,” she said.
Reportedly, Lil Bo Weep started releasing music in 2015 and has since garnered over 36,500 followers on SoundCloud. She equally has 125K subscribers on her YouTube channel.
Sadly, the Australian has passed away on March 5th, and her father Mathew Schofield confirmed it in a post on Facebook.

While the cause of her death remains unknown, Mathew wrote: “This weekend we lost the fight for my daughter’s life against depression, trauma, PTSD and drug addiction that we have been fighting since we got her back from America through emergency repatriation [Department of Foreign Affairs] but broken. She fought hard against her demons as we all did side by side next to her and picking up the broken pieces over and over again but she could not fight anymore and we lost her.”
“As her dad I am proud of her beyond words as she is my hero, my daughter and my best friend that I love so much.”
“She’s no longer hurting now with the universe wanting their angel back. A big part of me is lost at the moment but I ask respectfully that my close friends try not to ring me until I get some way through this. ALWAYS IN MY HEART. I LOVE MY WINNIE. Lil Bo Weep.” Mathew’s tribute concluded.
So far, Mathew’s post on Facebook has garnered over 5.8K reactions, including 4.6K shares and 146 comments. Lisa’s fans have equally expressed their condolence on Twitter.

Rest in piece Lil Bo Weep. When I woke up to the news that she died I was honestly speechless. It hurts me to see so many people I look to for inspiration drop. It makes me not wanna blow up because what if I’m next if I do.
