Emmajane’s time is yet to be confirmed, but it appears she smashed Olga’s record with almost two seconds to spare.
Guinness World Record authorities weren’t in attendance to officiate the effort, and so Emmajane’s time is yet to be confirmed as a new record. But as it appears, she smashed Olga’s record with almost two seconds to spare. “What I love about it is, it’s something everyone can relate to. It’s a great way to show how strong a woman can be, and everyone knows what a watermelon is.” Emmajane said.
Emmajane went from one watermelon to another, crushing it slightly with her thighs, with the last one exploding.
She added: “Because with the weight, it’s just weight on a bar, so people can’t grasp what it is that we’re doing.” Emmajane, who insisted that being strong isn’t a weakness, mentioned that her horse training, which used her thigh muscles a lot, would help her crush the watermelons. Viewers were equally left amazed, but a few hilariously joked that Emmajane and Olga’s watermelon-crushing talents weren’t as relatable as they both seemed to think. Nonetheless, Phil urged that no one should try breaking watermelons with thighs at home.
