Rosario Dawson Confirmed As Ahsoka Tano In ‘The Mandalorian 2’

‘The Mandalorian’ season 2 has confirmed another cast in their series. Rosario Dawson is the latest name to be confirmed joining the family to play the role Ahsoka Tano.

Ahsoka Tano is Luke Skywalker’s apprentice who’s also an important role for the “Clone Wars” series as well as one of the prominent characters in the animated series. Rosario will be the first actress to portray her in live-action.

The second season was planned to drop this fall on Disney+ after showrunner and creator Jon Favreau confirmed the continuation last year. The last we saw of Mando was him flying off in search of the planet where Baby Yoda came from. Fans are obviously excited to see how Tano will be connected to the series after all that happened in the animated series.

Mando, portrayed by Pedro Pascal, was a traveler whose story told after the fall of the Empire and before the First Order emerged. It is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson.
