The musician, whose real name is Michael Balzary, has proven he’s still very popular with women. The bassist for the Red-Hot Chili Peppers recently laid on the charm when two bikini-clad beachgoers approached him while he was setting up a spot at Sydney’s Bondi Beach.
The 60-year-old donned Calvin Klein underpants, flaunted his numerous tattoos, and sported a bright purple hairstyle.
The four-string maestro also donned a gold chain while he clutched a towel and a pair of sandals as he chatted with two scantily clad young women. DailyMail reported the women couldn’t believe their luck after seeing the rock legend enjoying a day out in the sun.
As seen in the photos, one of the women didn’t hesitate to play flirtatiously while speaking to Flea.
As the discussion concluded, the rock star went to lie on the sand with a friend, and it wasn’t long before another woman approached him. A young mom sidled up for a chat with Flea, and he reportedly even offered to hold her baby for a moment after a quick dip in the water.
Following the eventful day out, Flea gathered his clothes under one arm and threw his towel over his shoulder as he walked back to the car park.
The father-of-three, who is married to American fashion designer Melody Ehsani [pictured below], has been having sleepless nights since he and Ehsani welcomed their first child together on December 12. When asked about the new arrival, Flea said he was floating on a cloud of love and added: “I’m just excited about laying down at night with a little baby on my chest.”
The legend also admitted he was excited about having the baby on his chest, smelling its little breath, and feeling its soft little feet.
The newborn, whose name hasn’t yet been revealed is the third for the musician, who shares daughter Clara, 34, with ex-wife Loesha Zeviar and Sunny Bebop, 17 [pictured below], with Frankie Rayder. Flea and Ehsani’s pregnancy news had first been shared on Instagram in July by Ehsani when she debuted her baby bump in a post.
Ehsani and Flea tied the knot in 2019 in a lavish ceremony in LA, with the fashion designer calling it her best collaboration to date.
However, Flea recently sold his infamous beachside property in Moruya, on the NSW South Coast, where the Chili Peppers wrote several of their best hits. The two-story home, which features 5 bedrooms, is located minutes away from Congo Beach and is being auctioned for $3 million. It’s been the home for the bassist for nearly 30 years.
The property [pictured] was purchased in 1994 after moving to New York from Melbourne.
“It has a rock star vibe to it but also a relaxed holiday feeling that is really suited to the village of Congo.” Flea has written a lot of music at the property and has had band members jam in what was the music room downstairs. “It has a contemporary California design that sprawls out towards the ocean with amazing views and compliments the natural environment,”real estate agent James Hamilton said of the property.
Flea is also selling his unique 5.7-acre compound in Los Angeles, reducing the price from $9.8 million to $8.8 million. The musician purchased a $14 million 90210 spread in the mountains above Beverly Hills after selling an oceanfront Malibu estate for $20milliion. Since forming in 1983, the Red Hot Chili Peppers have sold over 120 million records globally and are acknowledged as one of the bestselling bands of all time.
