Ray J Reveals Infamous S*x Tape Was Released With The Help Of Kim And Kris
“I’ve never leaked anything.”
Kim Kardashian’s partner for the infamous tape that they sold over one and half decades ago has revealed to DailyMail that the family was monetizing and slandering his name on their new show for fame.
Ray J denies owning any copy of the tapes they made, revealing that it was and still is business between the family and him.
Ray J insists against ever “sticking” any toy up Kim Kardashian’s “**s” in any of the tapes and slammed the SKIMS owner to depict him “like a rap**t.” Screenshots of their Instagram DMs have also been shared with DailyMail where Kim appeared to apologize for her words in her new Hulu show, ‘The Kardashians.’
Ray Norwood, Ray J’s real name, spoke, “I’ve sat in the shadows for over 14 years allowing the Kardashians to use my name, to abuse my name, make billions of dollars over a decade-and-a-half talking about a topic I’ve never really spoken about.”
“I’ve never leaked anything. I have never leaked a *** tape in my life. It has never been a leak. It’s always been a deal and a partnership between Kris Jenner and Kim and me and we’ve always been partners since the beginning of this thing.”
The former same-age couple started dating in 2002. They released the video from the same year that was filmed on her birthday five years later. Now 41 years old, Ray J revealed that the contract was signed by them both for three tapes, but only one that was shot in Cabo was ever released.
“She kept them all – she had to go find that tape [*** Tape Cabo #1] and then present it. I never had a tape in my possession in our whole relationship.”
The rapper revealed that she still has another filmed at the Esperanza Hotel in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, and one more during their time in Santa Barbara. He further added, “I never had a single one at my house – she had them at her house. She’s always had all the tapes in a Nike shoebox under her bed.”
“I’m sure she has bigger beds now and better boxes. That’s how it all came about.”
“Once I pitched the idea to her, just playing around a little bit, that’s when she jumped on the idea, talked to her mom and it was out of my hands from there,” he continued.
The man continued exposing the lies that happened during then when rumors circulated that he was the one who leaked them. But the legal paper he signed without advice prevented him from ever speaking up about the case.
“I felt suicidal because when you know something’s real and it’s true and you’re watching a whole family create an empire from a lie they’ve created, it’s heartbreaking and disrespectful to all the entertainers who have been honest and true to their craft.”
“As a black man living and working in America, it’s hard to get up every day and look out at the water or look at my family and know that they think something about you when you know it’s 1,000 percent the other way. How do you live like that?”
“I couldn’t be a part of any reputable major network television show and do Dancing with the Stars, and do America’s Got Talent or anything like that because of my image,” Ray J added. “Because of what they made me, I’m not allowed to be in those places.”
The song maker has been “walking on eggshells” all these years, fearing the legal backlash from telling the truth. After 14 years of “watching them humiliate” him and “celebrating my destruction,” he finally spoke up. Most importantly, he wants his three-year-old daughter to know that he’s not “a bad guy who exploits and disrespects women.”
“We’re all still making money,” he stated, slamming the family in their attempt to “defame and blame” him for the sales.
Kim’s words in her new ‘The Kardashians’ show on Hulu were the trigger that got her to finally speak about the truth. He’d also exposed the truth behind when Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West claimed to have collected the laptop from Ray J.
He said that no compensation was ever asked and the laptop was handed over without any issue after he heard of Kim’s worries over the content being shared. While Kim claimed there was only a video of the former 21-year-old couple on their dinner date, Ray J’s answer was different.
“It wasn’t a *** tape – it was a lot of pictures, a lot of little mini videos, and a lot of proof we’ve been talking over the years. If you send me an email in 2008, the computer doesn’t change the date on it,” said the man who split up from her in 2006.
He said “Kanye could see we were talking consistently” for the next three years as they exchanged texts, videos, and other things.
He made himself clear that he was not the enemy of the Kardashians, particularly to Kanye West back then as they had a ‘father to father’ talk. He continued, “You want me to continue to act the bad guy and you guys have brainwashed me into thinking that’s OK.”
“She knows there’s nothing else. I don’t have a tape to leak, I’ve never leaked a tape.”
He clarified once again, “When I put on the comments that all of this is a lie, I didn’t mean Kanye coming to meet with me about some second *** tape. I mean all of this is all a lie. From the beginning of us putting this *** tape out, this has been the biggest lie in the industry in the history of entertainment.”
He emphasized that the tapes are never going anywhere because the Kardashians kept their lips sealed about them and he’s “never had them to watch and enjoy.”
He also revealed the messages they exchanged after the Hulu episode blew up, saying that Kim never denied his side of the story.
Despite Kim’s attempt to pacify Ray J’s anger with “plans and ideas,” the rapper was pessimistic, “At the same time, you’re telling the whole world that I’m a horrible person and I haven’t spoken to you and how could I do this to you?”
“If you look at the DMs, you can see that she’s continuing to try to keep me in a box – only what she can do to make me feel better after they killed my name,” he continued on their first message after 10 years of no contact. “Only because she knows everything I’m saying is true – she never denied on these DMs anything that I’ve told her.”
“I asked her on the DMs, how do I explain to my daughter this is a lie. If you’re worried about your family, what about my family?”
“If they didn’t come back and show how they really were, how greedy and slimy they really were, I would never have had the enthusiasm or the will to go out and speak my truth.”
After speaking out his side of the story, Ray J knew that repercussions would come for him. But he’s happy to know his children would come to learn that he wasn’t what the narrative said he was.
“You can’t give me any money. You can’t pay me for my life back. You can’t pay me for honesty and truth. You can’t pay me any money or apologize to me for any of that. You have to be honest with yourself at this point. I don’t need an apology – I have proof.”
He continued that even his closed ones have been doubting the things he said and the issue has been “a burden” and “an embarrassment” for him. “My family have questioned my integrity, who I am as a person,” he added.
“This morning, I woke up and said, you know what? For the remainder of my life, I’m going to live in my truth and not in the lie that’s been created by Kris Jenner and Kim.”
