Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Drank Each Other’s Blood And Got Engaged
“After having walked through hell together.”
Megan Fox said yes to the big question two days ago at a place special to both of them. She took to Instagram to share the sweet moment when he popped the question.
However, the ‘Transformers’ actress added that they ended the special day with something truly… unusual.
The 35-year-old star wrote in the post, “In July of 2020, we sat under this banyan tree. We asked for magic. We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time.”
“Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.”
“Somehow, a year and a half later, having walked through hell together and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him.”
The clip showed MGK sweetly going down on one knee in front of the Spa Botánico, which was part of the Ritz-Carlton Dorado Beach in Puerto Rico.
“And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes.”
But the ritual they did after the proposal was probably more shocking than the proposal itself.
“…and then we drank each other’s blood.”
Obviously, everyone wants to make the day they said yes as memorable as possible, like drinking each other’s blood. The fairly unique couple has always been open about what they enjoy doing in the bedroom and previously shared a somewhat mysterious story on their first meeting.
Megan Fox recalled about their first vague meeting with British GQ Style, “This weird thing happened. We didn’t see each other. I don’t remember your face… And I definitely would have remembered his face.”
“I just remember this tall, blond, ghostly creature, and I looked up and I was like, ‘You smell like weed.’ He looked down at me and he was like, ‘I am weed’. Then, I swear to God, he disappeared like a ninja in a smoke bomb.”
She was convinced that their soul wasn’t meant to meet that day.
The two met again at the set for ‘Midnight in the Switchgrass’ where they quickly learned that they had strong chemistry together in March 2020.
Megan had also used a range of words to describe MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, such as “ethereal and dangerous”, “creative genius”, and “cosmic”.
Megan also showed off the engagement ring that MGK describes as a two-ring design.
He explained what the precious stones and design meant to them, “The emerald (her birthstone) and the diamond (my birthstone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love.”
The engagement ring was designed by Stephen Webster.
