Man Goes Viral For Lacing His Sister’s Wedding Cake With Marijuana And Guests Got High As Kites
“It was good fun. The funniest reaction was my aunt.”
Alvaro Rodriguez turned his sister’s wedding into a wild night party, lacing her seven wedding cake tiers with Marijuana. While the substance is decriminalized but illegal to produce and sell in the country, it had guests at the occasion dancing all night.
Notably, people were aware that the cake had magical powers and was not given to underage guests.
The bride had asked her brother for the special cake after having a happy experience with magical brownies.
A video of what went down has since landed on TikTok, where it has scored over 13million views. It showed the newlyweds cutting into the cake before 20 of the 100 wedding guests went wild on the dance floor, laughing the day away to Sak Noel’s “Loca People.”

The Santiago resident told Jam Press: “It was good fun. The funniest reaction was my aunt. I remember her back hurt, and two hours after eating cake, her pain disappeared, and she was up dancing like a teenager. Everyone was made aware of it, and after the cake was cut, we made sure it was kept apart from the others and served only to adults.”
Before this, Alvaro and his sister had tried magical brownies; the effect was hilarious, so when she asked to have a bit for her wedding, he didn’t think twice.
While constructing the cake took 20 hours to complete, the magical layer took two hours; Alvaro insisted it was pretty easy. He explained: “I just infused it with the butter from the day before, and once the brownie set, I put it with the other levels with chocolate ganache and viola.”
So far, the unique treat has garnered both praise and thumbs down. One person wrote: “I thought by magical he meant that it had glitter or something.” Another said: “Hahahaha, everyone flew literally, haha.” Another chimed in: “Hahaha, this is the best video I’ve ever seen.”
