Man Caught On Camera Shedding Crocodile Tears As He Killed His Girlfriend’s 12-Week-Old Son
Passed away with a fractured skull, yet his mom lied to the police to protect her BF.
After ten days on a life support machine, Baby Teddie passed away in the hospital on November 11th, 2019. He had 17 broken ribs, fractures to his skull and collarbone, brain bleed, and spinal and eye damage. His mom Lucci Smith, 30, had been in a sexual affair with BF Kane Mitchell for about eight months, and the pair lived together.
On November 1st, 2019, Baby Teddie [pictured] was found unresponsive and in cardiac arrest.
Unfortunately, it has been discovered that Mitchell of St. Neots, Cambridgeshire, was the baby murderer. He was caught on camera crying crocodile tears while being arrested for killing Lucci’s 12-Week-Son. The 32-Year-Old has now been jailed for a minimum of eighteen years for killing baby Teddie.
Lucci Smith [pictured] had left Teddie in the care of Mitchell, her BF, that day while she did a school run.
A four-week trial at Cambridge Crown Court heard that the baby suffered injuries consistent with being gripped hard, shaken vigorously, and having his head struck against a hard surface. However, in an interview with Smith, she appeared to be protecting her Mitchell from going to jail. When asked by detectives how her son suffered such horrific injuries, she responded with NO IDEA.
Thankfully, Mitchell, 32, has been jailed for a minimum of eighteen years for murdering baby Teddie.
A clip showed the moment Mitchell was arrested while pretending to be a caring father to baby Teddie.
She then reportedly claimed she would tell police if there had been any violence toward Teddie because “he’s my son at the end of the day, and he means more to me than anybody.” It has also been revealed that social services and Cambridgeshire Police had been repeatedly alerted to concerns from neighbors weeks before Teddie passed away.
A post mortem revealed baby Teddie died due to his fractured skull and lack of oxygen to the brain.
A clip showed him holding Teddie in the hospital just before Mitchell’s arrest while he sobs and says: “Come on baby, Daddy’s here.” But at 3 p.m. on November 1st, 2019, the ambulance service was urgently called to Pattison Court, where Teddie was found to be unresponsive and in cardiac arrest. Smith had left Teddie in care of Mitchell on this day while she did the morning school run.
During an interview, Lucci was asked by detectives about her son’s horrific injuries, and she replied, ‘NO IDEA.’
She then shared she would tell police if there had been any violence toward Teddie because ‘he’s my son at the end of the day, and he means more to me than anybody.’
According to The Mirror, Detective Inspector Lucy Thompson said of Mitchell: “He is completely devoid of any remorse or empathy, that’s the thing I find really hard. It’s all about Kane and not what Teddie has been through.” Nonetheless, this comes after 16-month-old Star Hobson was also killed by Savannah Brockhill, her mother’s girlfriend, Frankie Smith.
