Leonardo DiCaprio Is Allegedly Dating Model Who Wasn’t Born When Titanic Was Released
The model is aged 22, meaning she wasn’t born when DiCaprio made his break with Titanic.
Earlier this week, Leonardo DiCaprio called it quits with Camila Morrone, just as she turned 25. While most people are still face-palming to the split and criticizing him for having a penchant for a younger woman, the Hollywood star appears to have moved on.
New photographs have shown the actor with Maria Beregova [pictured], who is again years his junior.
The pair were captured soaking up together in the sun in St. Tropez. The model is 22-Year-Old, which implies she was not born when DiCaprio made his big break with Titanic. It’s believed the duo is now a couple, but Maria chose not to give much info when asked about the pics in an interview with the Australian radio show The2DayFM Morning Crew.
The Ukrainian told the host she couldn’t discuss anything regarding her personal life.
And while she might not be old enough to remember the 1997 classic hitting the theaters, Maria insisted she had certainly seen Titanic. “Who hasn’t seen this movie? If you haven’t seen it, you better go home and put it on and watch that movie,” she joked. When asked who her favorite character was, Maria added: “All of the actors.”
The list of women DiCaprio, 41, has dated is impressive, ranging from a string of beauties who have always been either actresses or models.
Camila was 12 when she was first introduced to DiCaprio in 2008. Al Pacino, who had dated Camila’s mom, Lucila Sola, made the introductions, and from there, the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood actor remained friends with the family. They became official in 2017, following his breakup with model Nina Agdal days before the Cannes Film Festival.
DiCaprio’s new relationship with Maria comes after an Australian columnist heavily slammed him.
“Funny, yes! But also, kind of depressing to associate 25 with being too old to date a movie star who is decades older than you. His relationship have a strong pattern. They’re all models and occasionally actress. They are always in their early 20s, and the relationship always seems to end once they turn 25,” Mary Madigan said.
She pointed out that DiCaprio’s dating habits are such common knowledge that some women take to social media on their 25th birthday that they are now too old to date Leo.
“It normalizes a culture where wealthy, powerful men pursue relationships with women less powerful than themselves, emotionally and financially,” Madigan added, urging that the actor’s behavioral patterns shouldn’t be joked about. However, the internet has since been filled with an avalanche of jokes before and after Camila’s birthday.
