Kim Kardashian Has Strict Rules To Fly On Her $150 Million Jet
Flying Kim’s air is no child’s play.
Kim Kardashian no doubt has the financial capacity to clean her private jet every day, but the billionaire opted not to waste her money, creating strict rules for people who want a seat on her $150 million private plane. In June, she made headlines when she requested “no shoes on her plane” instead, passengers wear custom SKIMs slippers.
The 41-Year-Old bought the pricey private jet, the same as Jeff Bezos, in 2021, but it took a year to be designed to her taste.
Turns out, Kim’s strict rules to fly her jet doesn’t exclude her family members. This emerged as the SKKY co-founder laid them down while chatting with Sister Kendall Jenner about their trip to Milan for the Prada Fashion Show in an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians. The mom-of-four made it clear she wanted to keep her custom G650ER airplane pristine.
During the FaceTime chat, Kendall told Kim she was “just going to get a quick spray tan before their flight.”
Kim hesitantly asked the 26-Year-Old 818 Tequila Founder: “A spray tan before my flight?” Kendall responded: “No, it’s a three-hour one, so I sit in it for three hours and then shower it off.” The business mogul didn’t seem to hear any of it as she noted that the cream interior on her private jet was too lovely to risk staining it.
Kim then asked Kendall: “Have you seen the cashmere seats? You cannot get your spray tan on my cashmere seats?”
The “Selfish” author continued: “Let me know if you like any snacks because I have, like, waffles, I have a freezer so, like, and I live it up on there.” Kim subsequently criticized her sister’s decision to request pasta as an in-flight meal. She stated: “We’re going to be in f***king Italy. We’re not going to eat pasta before we go.”
Kim had worked on the jet’s interior with designers Tommy Clements and Waldo Fernandez.
She isn’t the only Kardashian-Jenner to enjoy the luxuries of a private jet. Her sister Kylie Jenner purchased hers for an estimated $70million in 2020. Earlier this year, the mom-of-two faced backlashes for making a 17-minute flight, dubbing her a climate criminal on social media. However, Kim appears to have overlooked her rules for her daughter North.
A June episode of the family reality show aired when the KKW Beauty creator permitted North to bring her guests aboard the plane to celebrate her 9th birthday.
