Johnny And Amber’s Personal Shared Diary Were Shown To The Court & A Note Read – ‘My husband, Happy Honeymoon’
“I couldn’t have imagined a more gorgeous honeymoon.”
Amber Heard’s second day of cross-examination reveals the content of the “love journal” the couple writes for each other. Heard’s fluttery words were full of love and passion for her then-husband, hinting at her obsession to own the other person.
On May 22, 2015, Heard’s handwriting reads, “True love isn’t about just the madness of passion or picking the safety of peace. It’s about having both. I have seen in you the true bones of friendship and respect but I still more than ever want to rip you apart, devour you and savor the taste.”
Heard said it was her “love note” for Depp after Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez, pressured her. Over the next few hours, Heard was questioned over the bizarre disparity between her entries to supposed abuse that happened around the same date.
“My husband, happy honeymoon,” she wrote on July 22, 2015, the supposed honeymoon where she was choked and hurled around.
“I fall more and more for your every day,” Heard wrote, before saying she was “sorry about” the “debate” they had. At the end of the page, she wrote, “I have seen in you the true bones of friendship and respect but I still more than ever want to rip you apart, devour you and savor the taste.”
The next week on August 1, 2015, Heard’s proclamation of love continued, “I couldn’t wait to tell you how much I adore you ‘I couldn’t have imagined a more gorgeous honeymoon.”
A picture of them after making up from their Australian fight was stuck on the inside of the book.
“Why do we fight? Ever… Why?! I love you more than anything else. Are we that uncomfortable with being vulnerable?” wrote Heard in another entry on August 15.
Heard signs her entry as ‘Slim’ which was Depp’s nickname for her.
Then on August 17, 2015, she continued writing, “I’m sorry I shook the wheel so hard. God damn I love you Johnny, I’m tied to you forever. Let me try to fix this, let me try to patch this You deserve it. I need you….You’re my cornerstone, my heart, my all. I hate it when we fight. ‘I love you more than anything. I need you, I love you.”
“I love you more than anything. I need you, I love you.”
Then on April 8, 2016, Heard wrote, “I am sorry I can get crazy. I am sorry I hurt you. Like you I can get wicked when I get hurt.”
Camille Vasquez continued grilling her by asking why she’d gifted the man who supposedly abused her a knife.
The knife in question was a knife that has “Hasta la muerte” inscribed on the blade. It means “until death.” According to Heard, she got her the knife “around 2012” while they had just started dating as his birthday gift.
“That’s the knife you gave to the man who was hitting you,” Vasquez told her. But Heard defended herself, “I wasn’t worried he was going to stab me with it.”
“But you gave it to him?”
“I gave it to him.”
