“I Ordered My Dream Dress From Boohoo For A Night Out, But It Didn’t Even Cover My Bra Or Knickers”

Kara Hall, a hairdresser on TikTok, shared her personal online shopping fails that went viral with over 200k views on TikTok. The mom showed that a classy, sequin black wrap dress from Boohoo was actually more revealing than she imagined.

The plunging neckline could not cover her bras, and the slit was just way too high!

Kara was visibly laughing at the situation and tagged Boohoo in her video, asking, “What do I do?”

“Raise your hand if you’ve been personally victimized by Boohoo?” she added in the comments. And apparently, there were other victims, too!

“Noooo wayyy I ordered this, and it looked the exact same on me. I was mortified! I had to send it back,” read one comment.

A user pointed out, “Explains why the model is stood so strange.”

Another one read, “Removes from basket.”

But no worries, she managed to fix it and only spent £8!

While some people might’ve thought about returning it, Kara decided to make it work with her dream dress. She shared an update, “Guys I’ve altered the dress, for £8 it was worth a try! And it actually looks like it’s supposed to.”

“I just unstitched it at these two points, crossed it over further, so it covers my body, and stitched it back up.”

People complimented her on the simple but ingenious work on the dress. One commented, “Stunning! If only it came like that.”
