One afternoon, TikToker @hreb randomly googled her fiancé only to find the unexpected. Instead of coming across his embarrassing throwback pics, she discovered a review that showed her engagement ring hadn’t been initially purchased for her but a different girl.

“When I randomly decided to Google my fiancé’s name on the couch and saw a review written on a jeweler’s website for my engagement ring before we even met,” the gutted-bride to be explained via an overlaid text on a clip [now-deleted], which has since garnered over 36K likes. In the caption, the TikToker clarified: “Sadly, this is very true.”
She was randomly googling about her fiance when she learned the traumatic truth.
Taking to the comments, the heartbroken woman joked about her trauma and revealed the ring was now gone for good. Unsurprisingly, many understood why the TikToker was so stunned by her discovery, with one person saying: “It’s the fact that it was originally purchased for a different girl that would tip me over the edge.”
In her video, @hreb insisted: “Sadly, this is very true.”
Others shared they would also rush to Google to check out their other halves, to which @hreb sighed she hoped “they don’t find anything like I did.” Well, one person attempted to defend the man, saying that ring is a ring and that maybe he couldn’t return it.
