Woman Shows Off Engagement Ring, But People Noticed Something Else

A few days ago, Gaonas – a TikTok user- shared a new engagement ring design with her 1247 followers. She showed off the chunky diamond right, which is flanked by two equally sizable stones, and in an overlaid text on her video, she had written: “Him: Would you marry me? Me: Yuh.”  The clip has since garnered over 750K likes and comments. 

People were left horrified by Gaonas’ overgrown manicure as she showed a new engagement ring design.

While most people were left impressed by the gorgeous sparkler in the video, captioned, “Definitely gonna pause like this before I say “Yes,” some people took issue with the Gaonas’ gel manicure, which, as seen, had pretty much completely grown out. This situation has again brought forth the reminder that women should always be conscious of their nails.

Year backs, brides naturally get delighted with showing their engagement rings to their families and close loved ones. But, in the age of social media, the big announcement is now shared with literally everyone online, including strangers. And, of course, no one would enjoy being messed up or perhaps criticized.

However, the jewelry expert said she would be pretty happy to receive the gorgeous sparkler herself.

Well, Gaonas’ ring reveals sparked outrage in the comment of her post. One person wrote: “Them nails are on life support.” Another added: “If my BF asked me to marry him when I had nails like that, it would be a definite no!” A third also stated: “My worst fear is having bad nails when getting proposed to.” A fourth added: “I’d be like. Ask again in a few hours and be running to my nail tech.”
