Harry Reveals Diana Was “Chased To Death While In A Relationship With Someone Who Wasn’t White”

It’s triggering for Harry to lose another woman in his life.

“My mother was chased to her death while she was in a relationship with someone who wasn’t white. And now look what’s happened,” this Harry said in a series of interviews with Oprah Winfrey amid fear of losing his wife Meghan to death someday. The Duke of Sussex, who appeared on his new Apple TV+ show named “The Me You Can’t See,” spoke of history repeating itself.

He added: “They’re not going to stop until she dies. It’s incredibly triggering to potentially lose another woman in my life (referencing Meghan, a bi-racial). Like, the list is growing. And it all comes back to the same people, the same business model, and the same industry.” From the sounds of horses’ hooves at Princess Diana’s funeral, it’s evident that the trauma of losing his mother still haunts Harry.

He claimed Mom Diana was chased to death while in a relationship with someone who wasn’t white.

Princess Diana died in the year 1997 at age 36 in a car cash in Paris after the car in which she was traveling with her BF Dodi Fayed was chased by Paparazzi. Harry, during this time, was 12-years-old. Now aged 36, he feels there were parallels in the story having followed his mom’s footsteps and began dating a person of color. The dad-to-Archie went on to admit he wished he had called out racism when he started dating Meghan, insisting he would no longer accept such.

Hary regretted not calling out racism when dating Meghan but insists he would no longer accept such.

The dad to Archie, now 2, feels there were parallels in his mom’s story on dating a person of color.

He equally issued a shot at Prince Charles, saying he had willingly permitted everyone in the Royal Family to put up with such struggles. “My father used to say to me and William when we younger, it was like that for me, so it’ll be like that for you. That doesn’t make sense. Just because you suffered, that doesn’t mean your kids have to suffer. In fact, quite the opposite.” Harry explained.

Harry further revealed he had a dependence on drugs and alcohol to numb the pain of losing his mom.

However, therapy has helped break the cycle.

In the series, Harry further revealed his failure to process the grief from the death of his mother, his heavy dependence on drugs and alcohol to numb the pain and the helplessness he felt when he struggled to protect her. He equally opened up about his anxiety and sense of being trapped in the palace, including his family’s refusal to help when Meghan felt suicidal. However, serious therapy since almost five years ago has helped break the cycle.
