Westlife star, Mark Feehily has welcomed his first daughter into the world on Tuesday.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the Queen of my Heart hit-maker, 39 announced he had become a dad with his fiancé Cailean O’Neil.

He captioned the post @7:27pm on October 1^st  ‘Baby Layla born safe and sound. We are the happiest Dads in the World!

Earlier, the pair had announced they were expecting their first child in May, after which they revealed it was a girl in July. The daughter was believed to be the result of a surrogate.

Revealing the band’s once in a lifetime Wembley Stadium Gig for August 2019, Mark had disclosed the gender of their unborn child live on stage during a concert at Croke Park in Dublin.
